What happens to my auto insurance if I replace my vehicle?

In the process of subrogation, any expenses or legal fees incurred by the company is usually shared between you and the company.

If I am sued as a result of an accident, what should I do?

Immediately you receive the summons, notify your agent or insurance company. Make a copy of the summons, mail the original to your agent. Don’t discuss with anybody except a representative of your insurance company. Avoid writing statements. Let your agent handle all matters arising from such legal suit.
